Virtual Training & Engagement Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales and marketing teams, leveraging data-driven insights to personalize customer experiences, maximize retention, and achieve revenue objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in training, community management, or social media management, ideally in the beauty or skincare industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic programs or client engagement initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of skincare, ingredients, and industry trends, with a passion for esthetics.
  • Experience creating and managing social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).

Trade Marketing Assistant Manager

This position reports directly to the Marketing Manager and will help manage the IMAGE Skincare commercial strategy. The Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for developing exceptional sales support tools as well as the execution of the brand’s 360 trade marketing plan to drive customer awareness and enhance consumer experience for omnichannel growth.

This position collaborates closely with sales, brand marketing, digital, education, operations, and finance on the development of all marketing and sales support programs to meet company objectives, ensure seamless and timely execution that is on budget and on brand. This role will leverage cross-functional relationships to successfully manage projects end-to-end through the complete life cycle of all major marketing campaigns and sales tools.

Trade & Merchandising Development

•    Drive adaptation of all marketing materials (merchandising, print assets, promotions) and vital content for channel-specific (D2C, B2B) needs that strongly support campaign objectives.
•    Work cooperatively with the supply chain team and other internal partners to guarantee on-time delivery of all campaign support materials
•    Own the development and execution of the Monthly Sales Newsletter
•    Lead execution according to budgets and timeline requirements
•    Lead the briefing of marketing tools and collateral for customer-specific programs and in-salon/medical practice needs.

Promotional Strategy

•    Assist Trade Marketing Manager in the strategic development, management, and execution of the IMAGE Skincare B2B Promotional plan end-to-end.
•    Develop promotional strategy in line with strategic objectives addressing/connecting customer needs with industry trends with an eye towards brand positioning.
•    Craft Promotional key messaging and marketing direction aligned to brand standards, guide copywriters in tone of voice. Proof assets before they go-to market.
•    Own B2B Promotional Calendar updates and maintenance, collaborate with key stakeholders as needed to drive initiatives forward and anticipate roadblocks
•    Prepare presentations for executive review and approval

Sales & Marketing Relationship Management

· Manage timely delivery of information and assets to the field sales team in clear and organized manner; coordinate monthly presentations to the field sales team
· Manage and coordinate the development of marketing campaigns and programs for key national accounts
· Run internal status meetings with sales team with clear objectives, agenda items, and next steps.

Post Mortem Reporting

•    Analyze and report on promotional activities performance, level of spending by promo by customer and by channel.
•    Evaluate key programs results against established KPIs, leveraging cross-functional teams as needed for ROI details. Incorporate any key learnings and successes into future plans and communicate across the organization.
•    Analyze and report on sales trends and results to adapt and pivot, where needed. Regularly tap into insights and results from a variety of market research tools to inform plans.
•    Conduct post-mortem reports (quantified and qualitative) for major campaigns to highlight key learnings and how they will be integrated into future campaigns/programs.

Qualifications

· 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the beauty or consumer goods industries

As a Senior Shopify Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of Shopify-based eCommerce stores for IMAGE Skincare web and mobile sites.   • In partnership with the Corporate Sales Office, identify and execute strategies to educate and obtain sales orders from dermatologists, plastic surgeons, spas; medical spas, and licensed Estheticians.
  • Meet with clients and prospects face-to-face at least 4 days per week to grow sales, facilitate training and handle service needs.

    This position reports directly to the VP of Global Events and helps support and enhance the organization’s event services department by carrying out directives given. The Events Manager is expected to have a passion for special events, the ability to translate an event vision into reality, have the highest standards and exceptional attention to detail.

    Duties and responsibilities

    · Oversees all aspects of setting up in-house Corporate Events.
    · Assists in the operation of large scale corporate events: Sales Meetings, Summits, Launch Parties, Partnership Events and Tradeshows. This will include handling nametags, materials, notebooks, packages, gift bags, registration lists, seating cards, venues, travel, vendors, and other large and small details.
    · Responsible for booking travel arrangements for large and small scale events.
    · Maintain events warehouse, ensuring it is organized and clean; maintain inventory list; order, receive and events warehouse items as needed. Deploy to event venues as needed.
    · Work closely with Warehouse to coordinate availability of any marketing materials, collateral, products, packaging, etc. as needed for events.
    · Serve as a liaison with all current vendors. Responsible for out-sourcing vendors and requesting proposals.
    · Coordinate and monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
    · Keep track of event purchases, receipts and invoices.
    · Prepare event debrief reports and coordinate follow up.
    · Support events department by researching for new event opportunities.

    Qualifications

    · 2-4 years of special events coordinating experience; including venue management and travel arrangements.
